“As a student at Pittsford Mendon High School, I’ve always been taught the importance of community and leadership. But I wanted to take those lessons outside the classroom. I asked myself: How can I use my role at Pittsford Teahouse to create a real, positive impact? That was the creative spark that started this entire project.”
Building from the Ground Up
“Turning a thought into reality took more than just a dream—it took a lot of hard work. I’ve dedicated my time after school to building this digital platform, managing our outreach, and ensuring every detail reflects the quality and care our family business stands for. From designing the website layout to researching how we can best support local families through the C.U.R.E. Childhood Cancer Association, I’ve poured my heart into every step. For me, this isn’t just a business task; it’s a personal commitment to excellence and empathy.”
My Responsibility to Our Community

To me, leadership is about taking the initiative to help others and showing integrity in everything we do.
